Coaching is not therapy or counseling.  Coaching does not give advice or lead.  We do not look in the past to explore previous experiences or childhood traumas. This work is solely up to a licensed practitioner in your state.  The approach in coaching is based solely in the present and future.

Balance in life is key. Integrating the intuition, intellect, and emotional aspects of the body facilitates ultimate acceptance and peace.  

As your personal development coach, I serve as your guide to open your mind. I seek to understand how you experience and perceive the world which educates me on how you best receive information and feedback.  Becoming in tune with how you learn allows me to meet you where you are, facilitate change, and ultimately broaden your perceptions.  

I enjoy problem solving in a collaborative way.  I absolutely love working with people to assist them in finding their answers and truths.  Helping my clients gain knowledge and clarity to ameliorate their lives to the highest degree is my true passion.  

The Wren is a small bird, considered an emblem in teaching about life’s lessons. These birds are known for picking up and leaving whenever they feel the need. The Wren has a spirit of finding a home anywhere, if it’s filled with warmth, welcome, and love. Wrens choose nesting space where they find safety and are courageous in protecting their territory. In nature, a Wren bird is frequently heard before seen. A Wren sighting is rare.  This quality could be correlated to making one’s influence known, without an overbearing presence. When a Wren sings sweetly, he is there for a reason. 

Some of the keywords and characteristics of the Wren Spirit Animal include accurate, clever, cordial, family bonds, focused, gracious, insightful, joyful, playful, quick-witted, versatile, skillful, and watchful. By far, the characteristic that defines much of the Wren’s symbolism and meaning is the happiness of its song. Wrens know as many as 130 different songs, each of which has a purpose. Some Native tales claim the Wren Spirit can bring a person back to life just by their magical singing. 

Wherever they sing, they spread cheer, hope, and truth in ways that people can accept and integrate. The Wren enables one to achieve mental and emotional clarity. This is said to allow for life to be lived in the moment and negativity to be banished, while opening space for joy to be experienced fully. The Wren’s music is healing, which is said to help one find a new path, perhaps even a new destiny.
